Launch CampaignWe employed Youtubers as talents for a series of video campaigns, to be broadcasted and seeded in the social media. A reverse psychology method with “tag your friend who forgets to pay you back” became a strategy to target Malaysians especially the Millennials, encouraging them to download the app.
/ Results
The outreach of the videos had gone beyond 500,000 people with few hundred organic comments. The app acquisition / downloads had a spike of 40% after the launch of the campaign, paired with on-ground activation strategies as well.
